RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our goods and want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item/s, you may return UNWORN and UNWASHED clothing items with the original tags attached for exchange or store credit within 14 DAYS of receiving them. The 14 day window begins when the item shows delivered by the tracking number provided. All jewelry, face masks, beauty/apothecary products, journals, hair accessories and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned. Shoes will be accepted for exchange or store credit assuming they are returned in the original box and have no signs of being worn. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
All returns must be pre-approved by Bhava Boutique before sending them back.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR MERCHANDISE BACK TO US UNTIL WE HAVE APPROVED YOUR RETURN.
Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Unwanted items can be returned to our flagship store in Breckenridge, or can be sent back via mail. Please note, after 14 days, no items will be accepted for exchange or store credit.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to send unwanted items back.

Note: if you ship UPS or Fedex to this address, your item will be returned to you. You can only ship via USPS to the return address above. We cannot be responsible for costs incurred for returned packages.
We have the right to deny returns that were not pre-approved at the buyers cost. We also reserve the right to return the package to the sender if you return something that does not meet our requirements.
